"Felt safe and included"
The staff were really nice with my accessibility needs and didn’t make it all awkward, which I appreciated a lot. The room felt safe, they explained where the exits were, and it was easy to ask for help if we needed. I had a really good time and it was just no stress, basically.

"Honestly, the rooms felt insanely real"
I’m not even exaggerating when I say the rooms looked so real it was almost unbelievable. Every little detail was done perfectly, and I was just staring at everything like, yep, this is exactly how it should be. Absolutely loved it.

"Fun room, but the late start was frustrating"
We had a decent time at The Escape Game, but the timing threw things off a bit. Our booking was for 7:00, and since we showed up early, it was frustrating that we didn’t get started until around 7:20.
The staff was nice, and once we were in the room, the game was actually a lot of fun. But because the wait wasn’t really explained and things ran late, the whole experience felt less smooth than it could’ve been.

"Helpful game master, just a little uneven"
Our game master was really nice and definitely tried to help when we got stuck. A few of the hints were useful, but a couple came a bit late, like after we had already spent too long staring at the same lock. We still had a fun time overall, it just felt slightly uneven in spots.

"Fun game, but the story kind of wandered"
I had a decent time with the game overall, but the story just didn’t really grab me. Like, it was fine, I guess, but some parts felt so random that I kept wondering why they were even happening. I wanted to care more, but the plot kept losing me. Still fun enough to play, just not exactly amazing on the story side.

"Great pick for a team event"
We booked this for a team offsite, it went over really well. Everyone got into the puzzles, the setup was super easy, and it gave people something to chat about afterward. Based on how our group reacted, I feel like this is the kind of thing that works way better for team bonding than just doing another standard dinner.

"Fun the first time, but I wasn’t itching to go back"
We had a decent time playing, and I was definitely in a good mood going in, so it was fun for what it was. But once we finished and knew how the puzzles worked, I kind of felt like… okay, that’s it. I don’t see a huge reason to replay the same game. I also wish they had a few more options to choose from, because the selection felt a little limited for the price. Not a bad experience at all, just didn’t leave me super excited to return.

"Clever puzzles and a fun night out"
I had a really fun time with this. The puzzles were challenging in a good way, but they always felt fair. I kept noticing little patterns and connections as we went, which made it really satisfying when things clicked. We got stuck here and there, but never for so long that it became frustrating. Overall, it was a great night.

"We went in expecting a fun team..."
We went in expecting a fun team activity, but it didn’t really bring us together the way we hoped. Some of the clues were vague, so instead of collaborating, everyone kind of split up and got irritated. The staff in person were nice enough, but when I emailed afterward, the replies felt super canned, like a robot was answering instead of an actual person. Overall, not the best teamwork experience for our group...

The place was clean, which I appreciated, and the seats were okay, but I left feeling like maybe I should’ve spent my money somewhere else. Nothing was really wrong, it just didn’t feel worth it in the end

The room was really clean, and everything worked the way it was supposed to — locks, screens, clues, all of it. We didn’t run into any tech issues, which made the whole game a lot more enjoyable... always nice when you can just focus on the puzzles and the fun...

"Great spot, but parking was a hassle"
The place itself was easy enough to find, and it’s in a convenient area close to other things, so we didn’t have any trouble getting there. We were feeling good about it at first and figured it would be a smooth visit.

Then parking turned into the whole adventure. We circled around way longer than we expected, finally found a spot, and ended up paying more than we had planned. By the time we got inside, we were late and already a little annoyed, which definitely put a damper on the start of the visit.

"I had a fun time overall…"
I had a fun time overall, and there were a few moments where the tension really kicked in and I was fully caught up in the drama. But then, just when it felt like things were getting good, it was basically over. For the price, it felt a little rushed. The staff was genuinely nice though, which helped a lot. I’d probably give another room a shot sometime and hope it feels a bit more worth it.

"Felt easy before we even got there"
Booking was super simple, and the emails they sent before our visit were really clear. We knew where to go, when to arrive, and what it was going to be like, so there wasn’t any last-minute guessing. It just made it feel a lot less stressful before we even showed up.
